Be:Fit London is the UK’s only health and fitness festival held for women, so of course I had to go along and experience it! Having been to FitCon the weekend before by myself the anxiety of going alone wasn’t a problem for me this time. As with FitCon, I decided to take my trusty Canon 5D Mii along with me to create a short vlog of my experience:

Compared to FitCon this was much more about the shopping experience with added talks and workshops by well known names within the fitness industry. I visited the Business Design Centre in Islington London on the Saturday and when I arrived at just gone 10.30am the venue was already pretty busy.
A number of fitness classes were being hosted throughout the day including Another Space Cycle, UN1T, Third Space HIIT and yoga. I didn’t manage to book any of these and I wish I had signed up to do the yoga as from what I have seen and heard it was a great experience to be a part of a large group of like-minded women. There were also guest speakers and I managed to stop and listen to Madeline Shaw and Clean Eating Alice which was really interesting!
Overall I really enjoyed my day! I picked up a lot of goodies and a few freebies from mostly new brands which I am still making my way through. My haul post is now live so go and take a look at what I picked up!
