Balance Festival | Haul

May 20, 2017

As you may have already seen from my previous post, I went along to Balance Festival which ended up being a great day to spend educating myself and discovering new fitness and wellbeing brands. Like with the other events I have also attended this year I couldn’t help but pick up a few things along the way.

I paid for a VIP pass which meant skipping the huge entry queue (thank god) and I also got a goody bag. Below are the products I got and also a Brita water bottle. I am looking forward to using the Natvia products when I bake to replace sugar and I have never tried a vegan protein powder like this one from Vega.

I have previously had the Chicken Italia Heck sausages and those are the only products I have seen from them in my local supermarkets, so I was intrigued to try the others they had on offer. I can confirm the Smoky Paprika Chicken and Spring Chicken sausages taste amazing! I am very intrigued to try the Thai Bites as they are meat free, and also Thai is my favourite food!

I finally got my hand on some Ombar chocolate! I have seen so much about them on social media and their tasty raw chocolate so I had to buy a couple of bars to bring home. My favourite was the 72% cacao, it is so rich and smooth you don’t need to eat a lot to feel satisfied.

Rejuvenation Water caught my eye with their amino acid enriched spring water in tasty flavours. The water comes in three flavours: Spanish Orange, Apple &Mint and Ginger & Lime. For me my favourite was definitely the Spanish Orange as it was so refreshing. There is 5g of protein per bottle from L-Glutamine and contains no added sugar.

I hadn’t heard of Zeo before so I tried samples of all of their canned drinks including Peach & Grapefruit, Cranberry & Raspberry, Cloudy Lemon and Orange & Mango. I already got a can of the Cranberry & Raspberry in my goodie bag so I also went and got a can of Peach & Grapefruit to enjoy.

PRESS London is one of the products I consistently see popping up on my Instagram timeline from influencers. At Balance Festival they were offering free juices which was amazing! I picked up this Fiery Apple juice which lived up to it’s name thanks to the kick of ginger.

I had previously seen Missfits Nutrition on Instagram and I tried their sample of the chocolate flavour whey protein which I really liked. I can be pretty fussy with protein so I bought a pack to take home.

Did you pick up anything at Balance Festival that you can recommend? Let me know in the comments below 🙂
