Weekly Workout – Arms Circuit | 2

Hello! I am sharing an arm circuit this week which hits numerous upper body muscles including the triceps, biceps and shoulders. For these exercise you can use dumbbells for all of them, or you can swap them for a barbell on most apart from the lateral raises and tricep extensions. Use whichever weight you wish, but remember to push yourself. By rep 10 your muscles should feel on fire.

Normally I would take a 60 second rest between exercises, but if you need more of a recovery please take more time!
