Weekly Workout – Treadmill HIIT | 4

Cardio is hardio…yes it is, but it is important to keep our hearts healthy, it increases stamina and it is a great way to burn fat. I go through stages of loving and hating cardio but I always make sure to do it. If you are short for time or are after a workout which won’t take you longer than half an hour a treadmill HIIT session could be perfect for you.

I haven’t given any specific speeds speeds; find what works best for you and build on it:
