Weekly Workout – 20 Minute HIIT | 5

This week I am sharing a HIIT workout I did a couple of weeks ago using only dumbbells which you can see on my Instagram. Do not underestimate this workout as it does seem short, however I was sweating and my heart rate went right up throughout.

I only use a total of three dumbbells during this workout – one 10kg and two 5kgs. Choose whichever weights will work for you.

There are four supersets to complete without rest. When the whole circuit is completed rest for 60 seconds and repeat twice to total three rounds. Rest for longer if you need to.
