Weekly Workout – Upper Body Cables | 6

Have you ever used the cable machine at the gym? It can look quite daunting to start with seeing as you have to adjust and set up the attachments yourself, however I have found it a great machine to use especially on very busy days where a lot of other equipment is being used as it is so versatile.

If you don’t have a cable machine at your gym most of these movements can be substituted for resistance bands.
