What are affirmations?
Affirmations are statements we can use to aid us toward positive thinking, self-belief and having confidence in ourselves. This year I told myself I would use positive affirmations in the morning to inspire me for the day and it is kind of like a shortened version of a pep-talk.
Affirmations can be useful in all sorts of situations and suitable even if you wake up on the wrong side of the bed. Below are 101 affirmations to use in different areas of your life to start using right now:
